Waiting...

I just recieved a call a few minutes ago from the trucking agency and apparently my new lathe won't get here today. =( 
At first, she said she could schedule it for Monday, and I must have sounded like I was about to cry because she then offered me Saturday. : D So sometime tomorrow I'll get a phone call (about an hour before) and then my lathe will be officially mine. I'm so excited!

In the mean time I'm hoping I can convince my dad to go on a "field trip" of sorts with me. There are a couple of nice woodworking shops I mentioned yesterday that I would like to visit, but are too far for me to drive on my own just for some window shopping. If my dad comes and we take his car, it'll make for a nice father daughter moment - don't ya think? =)

I think I'll dedicated today to introducing my family. I'm going to force every single member of my household to holding still long enough for pictures! Even the cats! I won't be able to do my parents and sister though, since I don't plan on leaving the house today. Maybe I'll add them tomorrow =P
